This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, request a free visibility check, book a call, or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect and why
When you request a free visibility check or apply to the Founding Partner Program
We collect your name, work email, company website, what your company sells, the country you mainly sell in, and, if you choose, who your main buyers are. When you apply to the Founding Partner Program, we also collect your role, company size, and your growth challenge. We use this to run your check, send you the results, and arrange a walkthrough call.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
When you book a call
Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It loads only when you click a booking button. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give in the booking form, so we can meet you.

When you visit the website
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks. We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this website.

When you become a client
If you work with us, we also keep contact details, contracts, invoices and project communication.
Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share data with
We only share personal data with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

We may also share data if the law requires it.
International transfers
Tevro LLC is based in the United States, and some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. When data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as offered by each provider.
How long we keep data
- Free check requests and messages that don't lead to working together: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Booking details: as long as needed to hold and follow up on the call, then as above.
- Client records (contracts, invoices): as long as required by law for accounting and tax purposes, typically up to 10 years.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to limit how we use it
- receive it in a portable format
- object to how we use it, including at any time for direct marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we'll make that clear on this page.
